Review:
This was one of Matt's biggest shows yet! The nibbles and bites
festival is a huge thing in Richmond - over 6000 ppl came throughout the course
of the day - over 18 musicians, and Matt was the headliner! Playing last on
Saturday evening, Matt took the stage and entertained a crowd of over 1000
people! His set lasted a full hour - entirely solo, but extremely energetic and
fresh! Some new keyboard sounds and techniques were used so spruce up some of
the older songs - a new version of TROUBLED with crazy delay and an intro
(written by friend and fellow musician Matthew Innoye), some strange decay on
WILLOW, and the vocals of old friend and musician Jamey Makutra on AS I GO
ALONG! All in all it was a great show, great performance! This was an outdoor
venue, and the audience was treated to a beautiful night to go along with the
music.
