Review:

    What a crowd! What a night! Tonight's show was surprisingly amazing in terms of crowd, performance, flow, and energy! Everything was perfect... probably the best night at Numbers so far! Matt kicked off the show solo with a fierce performance of BOY OBSERVATIONS which warmed up the crowd for the powerful show to follow! An angry version of OH GIRL followed, and then Kacie came on stage to sing the elegant GRACIOUS with Matt which was beautiful.
    Kacie's first set was remarkable, starting with a charming performance of James Taylor's FIRE AND RAIN which was poignantly performed for her father who was in the audience. Next, an fiery performance of SUMMERTIME done as a duet between Kacie & Matt. This had the audience roaring! Christopher Doucet joined on guitar for YOU'VE GOT A FRIEND.
    Next Devon came onstage to play guitar and Christopher did percussion on Matt's old song JULY which was a real powerhouse! Christopher and Matt did a duet of Marilyn Manson's MECHANICAL ANIMALS which went over well, and then Joni Mitchell's THE LAST TIME I SAW RICHARD which was slow but lovely. Set one finished with a fun performance of TOWER OF SONG with Kacie on the piano!
    Set two was marvellous! Matt kicked it off with explosive performances of A SONG 4 U, and ALL THE GIRLS IN THE WORLD. Rose Record joined Matt on a beautiful performance of 2NITE. The rest of the set was equally energetic and intense. Devon and Matt finished off the main set with two high power guitar driven tunes HOT WHITE CUM and INSECURE/IMMATURE.
    The encore was the much anticipated SLOW & PAINFUL DEATH OF MATTHEW PRESIDENTE where the beer chugging contest took place in the middle.... and Matt won as usual! What a Show!
