Review:

The last night at feelin' good went out with a bang. Why did we quit? Many reasons. Management (Kevin). Shitty treatment. Backstabbing (mike). One thing to mention that after nearly 60 weeks the dufferin hadn't paid matt & brad one red cent and they have brought a crowd in for them week after week. This bar is a sleazy hole, and although M&B have supported it for years it's time to stop. A message to all fans: help M&B by boycotting the dufferin... another choice is Numbers Cabaret and it is far superior.

Tonight's show was intense, rockin', passionate and overall amazing. Probably the best feelin' good ever. Matt & Brad were angry tonight. A few quotes:

"fuck you dufferin... Kevin, you're a fucking snake... mike, you're a fucking snake" -matt
"I don't want to play here anymore" -brad

By the end of the night matt & brad had thrown stools across the room, smashed glasses and candleholders until they finally had to leave carefully because the police were after them (thanks mike crowell). The show itself was risqué! The staff at the bar did all they could to get Matt & Brad offstage while they were making their stand, but no - - - they kept on. ORIGIN OF LOVE was poignant as ever, and had some of the audience in tears. SHE'S A SCORPION was powerful and passionate. HEADACHE and BELIEVE were intense. The end of the night was certainly memorable... the few fans that did make it for this show (ashley, jenn, devon, jake, among others) who stood at the front screaming along to the song that made the show famous - - - matt & brad went out with an incredible performance of FEELIN' GOOD that will go down in history. During the song fans were coming up on stage and giving hugs and kisses to say goodbye, and everyone sang... when I say feel... ya'll say good. Tonight they showed the bar and the crowd they they aren't putting up with anyone's shit. That is what the whole show was about, and that is what they proved.
Thank you to everyone who made 60 weeks special and memorable... it was a good time, but that will be it for feelin' good. forever.
